If an item that you have purchased is not up to your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price. No question asked.
Shipping and other additional charges such as but not limited to customs duties are not refundable.
The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit. We cannot exchange any product that has been visibly used, damaged, or shows signs of wear.

Return Rules and Restrictions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The return package must include the proof of purchase in the form or original invoice or a printout of the confirmation email. Be sure to save copies for your records.
- Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable.
- If the product you received was damaged in shipping, inform us immediately at returns@standivarius.com.
- You can expect a refund in the same method of payment originally used for purchase within 10-15 days of STANDIVARIUS receiving your returned product.
